  • Permanent Full Time position available
  • Monday to Friday working week with flexibility in shift times between 7:30am and 6:30pm

About the Role

This is a great chance for someone with previous customer service experience in call centres, hospitality and retail who wants to grow their career.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound customer calls
  • Updating customers and teammates on freight queries via in and outbound calls
  • Assisting with customer queries by contacting the appropriate team
  • Communicating delays to customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with all relevant parties

About You

  • Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment is beneficial
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates locally and interstate
  • Intermediate skills in data entry with accurate typing skills
  • Able to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Strong negotiation skills
