- Permanent Full Time position available
- Monday to Friday working week with flexibility in shift times between 7:30am and 6:30pm
About the Role
This is a great chance for someone with previous customer service experience in call centres, hospitality and retail who wants to grow their career.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound customer calls
- Updating customers and teammates on freight queries via in and outbound calls
- Assisting with customer queries by contacting the appropriate team
- Communicating delays to customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with all relevant parties
About You
- Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment is beneficial
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates locally and interstate
- Intermediate skills in data entry with accurate typing skills
- Able to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Strong negotiation skills
