Customer Experience Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Team Coordinator is to ensure that exceptional customer service standards are consistently met across all facets of our organisation.
- Coordinate and manage a portfolio of customers ensuring high-quality service delivery is provided through efficient and effective solutions.
- Review and assess customer needs to guarantee that tailored domestic, social support, and personal support services are matched to their requirements.
- Develop proactive communication with current and prospective customers, families, and stakeholders to enhance relationships, increase commitments, and tailor packages as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
- Promote consumer-directed care principles and demonstrate a strong understanding of federal government initiatives.
About You:
- Proven experience in coordinating aged care packages and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent networking abilities, actively engaging in community and professional settings.
- Advanced knowledge of aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of My Aged Care Portal and associated systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Understanding of funding requirements and compliance regulations.
