Are you a strategic mine planning expert looking for a new challenge? Our client is a gold producer with operations in Western Australia and the eastern states.

The role involves producing short, medium, and long-term mine designs and schedules, as well as mentoring junior engineers. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of mine plans and area development designs.

This is a permanent FIFO opportunity operating on an 8:6 roster out of Perth. The camp offers modern private ensuites, WiFi, Foxtel, gym, squash court, pool, and more.

Key Requirements
  • A degree in Mining Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in underground hard-rock mining
  • Proficiency in Deswik (CAD and Scheduler)
  • Solid background in mine design, scheduling, and evaluation
  • Exposure to both production and planning roles
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and coordination skills
