Job Summary

nib Thrive aims to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities through innovative solutions. Our goal is to support over 39,000 NDIS participants and reach at least 50,000 by FY25.

This role focuses on building relationships within our team, local area coordinators, service providers, and other stakeholders. As one of the top three largest plan managers in Australia, you will play a key part in achieving our objectives.

You will:

  • Respond to requests for information using Instacare and NDIS core systems, scripts, and templates
  • Support and manage clients through the onboarding process
  • Proactively manage Instacare clients (and/or their Principal Carers) to assist and educate them in the use of their NDIS funds
  • Provide Plan Management phone support as the first contact
  • Foster positive relationships with clients - be their trusted NDIS advisor
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, experience in administrative, customer service, or accounts roles, and a solid understanding of online technology and systems. Experience in the NDIS or disability sector is desirable but not mandatory.
