About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance and Reward Analyst to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our Reward Governance and Performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of reward projects and cyclical activities, including analysis and process improvement initiatives, benchmarking and remuneration review activities, and workforce modelling and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the cyclical activities of the reward team, including managing timelines, setting up and maintaining key systems, preparing supporting material for business leaders and the people team, and leveraging reports to provide insights to the business throughout the cycle.
  • Assist with the optimisation of workforce planning through the use of data and analytics, forecasting, and modelling.
  • Support the administration and communication of incentive plans and employee benefits.
  • Conduct research and analysis into market practice, internal equity, and external competitiveness to deliver high-quality benchmarking services.
  • Work collaboratively with the PE team to ensure high-quality data is maintained within Oracle, including reporting and liaising with the broader people team to inform and follow up on data maintenance requirements.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of the reward function by assisting with the preparation of information for committee and board materials, audit requests, and supporting the production of TPG's annual report.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of remuneration, performance management, and market analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis, basic modelling, incentive plan administration, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Reward Consultant/Analyst with experience working in or consulting for a listed Australian business in a fast-paced reward environment.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with honesty, respect, authenticity, and humility.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline together with experience in a related role.
