
Support and Coordination Specialist

The role of the Support and Coordination Specialist is to provide high-quality administrative support to a team of professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong time management abilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing professional reception services for clients and families, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assisting clinicians and team members with correspondence, reports, and database management, ensuring accurate data entry and appointment management.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes, as well as assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Supporting finance and resource processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies, and tracking expenditure.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven administrative experience with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
- A collaborative and professional approach, contributing to a positive workplace culture while showing empathy and understanding towards clients and families.
