About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Coordinator / Relationship Manager to join our team at our Campbeltown or Bella Vista clinic. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the organisation through strategic and mindful networking in the NDIS and Allied Health sectors. The primary goal is to generate a consistent flow of referrals by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including large referrers. This role requires proactive engagement with the community, understanding the needs of referrers, and ensuring that BLS adapts to meet those needs. The Relationship Officer will also manage any conflicts that arise, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction with major referrers.
Do you have the following experience and expertise:
- Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Networking and Relationship management with our clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results Orientated and results driven - building our referral pipeline consistently
- Strong skills with problem solving and relationship management finding clear solutions to prevent conflict
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Strong organisational skills to track and manage multiple referral relationships simultaneously
- Knowledge of NDIS and disability services is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management or business development, preferably within the NDIS, disability, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully generating referrals through networking and relationship building.
- Experience managing large accounts or referrer relationships, including conflict resolution and tailored service delivery.
- Driver's License and own car for work
