About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Senior Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations team in Seven Hills, NSW.

Rail Operations is a Business Unit within Laing O'Rourke, specialising in rail construction and delivery. You will work with a technical expert team to deliver infrastructure projects across New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project costs and subcontractors.
  • Develop strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Deliver large-scale infrastructure projects with expertise in pre-delivery and delivery phases.
  • Lead direct reports and collaborate with design management and construction teams.
  • Maintain and promote high Health and Safety standards.
About You

You have experience delivering infrastructure projects in rail and associated infrastructure, ideally in a tier 1 setting. Leadership skills are essential for this role.

A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) or construction management, with experience in delivering major infrastructure projects, utility relocations and stakeholder management.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annumBenefits
