We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead our infrastructure projects in Sydney. As an Infrastructure Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing land development delivery, including client-side project management, construction phase services, and technical advice to project team members.

About the Role
  • Lead civil engineering projects across urban development and regeneration business
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Contribute to innovation and technical solutions while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You will work closely with our NSW project portfolio to deliver high-quality results and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client-Side Project Management:
  • Chair PCG meetings
  • Manage statutory authorities
  • Programme & cost management
Construction Phase Services:
  • Tender and construction document coordination
  • Site inspections and meetings
  • Contract administration
Technical Advice:
  • Provide valuable contributions to projects through innovation and technical solutions
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree from a recognized institution
  • Demonstrated civil engineering experience in urban development projects working in Australia
  • In-depth understanding of the development planning framework is advantageous
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing internal project commercial requirements
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Excellent client-focus and technical know-how
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as genuine flex working opportunities and hybrid working arrangements.
