Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide mental health nursing care in a variety of settings across the network, utilizing their expertise and experience to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

This role involves holding an outpatient depot clinic on Monday to Friday within the Eastern Community Team in Tranmere site.

  • Providing recovery orientated consumer support in a community setting
  • Assessing individual consumer's needs, plan and implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options.
  • Medication management/education for consumers
Requirements
  • Demonstrated competence in a community setting
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in the areas of assessment, planning care, evaluation of care, and counselling
  • Experience in basic computing skills.
