Job Title: Referrer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced support specialist to join our team. As a Referrer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our broker and installer partners, providing them with exceptional support throughout the loan acquisition journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and professional support to brokers and installers via phone and email
  • Building strong relationships with referring partners by understanding their needs and proactively assisting with their enquiries
  • Troubleshooting issues and navigating internal systems to find resolutions quickly
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a smooth and coordinated experience for our partners
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring all communications comply with regulatory requirements

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to continuously build product and process knowledge to confidently support a range of partner queries and provide up-to-date information.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a customer or partner support role, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced service-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools to manage enquiries and update records
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
