About the Role

A fast-growing and dynamic organisation is on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Operations Coordinator to join their high-performing team You'll be the engine behind the scenes, keeping everything running like clockwork. From managing projects to streamlining internal processes – this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Officer will be working closely with the Marketing and Media Manager across all deliverables to the business, and will take leadership on multiple projects with multi-disciplinary teams. This is a generalist position where you will manage competing priorities to tight deadlines. Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and managing the corporate website (WordPress, Google Analytics)
  • Representing Marketing as an integral member of the Intranet project team.
  • Ongoing management of the intranet and systems
  • Supporting Event Management and planning for trade shows, corporate hospitality and sponsorship events
  • Involvement in website content and collateral copywriting
