Job Title: Multisite Venue Operations Manager

Role Overview:

As a multisite venue operations manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of multiple venues, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, high standards of cleanliness and safety, and energized teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all venues.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all venues meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory, stock, and operational metrics across multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Train and Develop Teams: Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage Key Metrics: Analyze and manage key metrics, including labor costs, COGs, and overall venue performance.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving team performance.
  • Roster Management: Skilled in roster management using systems beyond Excel.
  • Team Orientation: Team-oriented leaders who excel at building motivated teams and creating welcoming work environments.
