The Opportunity

As a Venue Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, identify and facilitate touring shows and performances, and manage event enquiries, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.

About You

We are seeking an individual with a Certificate IV qualification (or higher) relevant to the position and at least five years of experience in venue management, hospitality, and/or event coordination.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience representing and successfully marketing venue facilities and events
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability in the use of Microsoft Office products

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre (BVCCC)

- Identify and facilitate touring shows and performances

- Manage event enquiries, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery
