Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to join our launch team at Shore Beach House. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take on a key role in the success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer service and efficient service execution;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth;
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members;
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance;
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations;
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions;
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a club or lounge setting;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Familiarity with profit measures and ability to manage costs and productivity;
  • Knowledge of beverage menu development and implementation;
  • Availability to work Monday-Sunday shifts, with hours rotated depending on availability;
  • Possession of a strong work ethic and passion for delivering exceptional results;
