Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for your assigned region, focusing on volume targets, margin setting, and strategic customer planning.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement, prioritizing face-to-face interactions with key customers to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to high-value commercial customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Utilize negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate win-win outcomes for both Elgas and customers, driving long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with local branch staff, sales team members, and industry stakeholders to build a robust network and drive business success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our system, producing insightful reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience from any industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong desire to serve customers and drive business success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and business outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
