Physiotherapist - Wide Bay Region

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Feros Care in the Wide Bay region. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessment and treatment to clients in the Wide Bay region.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and care plans.
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management software applications.
- Current unrestricted driver's license.
- COVID-19 Vaccinations (including Booster) certification.
