Account Manager Role

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, delivering market-leading service and support to high-value commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high level of customer-focused activity, ensuring effective customer management
  • Responsible for Customer Development: Identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers
  • Skillfully moving customers through the sales process by selling the value of our services, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network
  • Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan

About You

  • Previous sales experience is valued, but technical experience in welding and fabrication has strong appeal
  • A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales are essential
  • You'll be given company resources to operate autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent personal presentation, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision are required
