Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team of professionals who share a passion for helping individuals achieve independence and improve their quality of life through effective therapeutic interventions.

As an occupational therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique needs and goals.

  • Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body, such as AHPRA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
