About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic policy and regulatory reform in the energy sector. As a Senior Manager, you will develop and refine market frameworks through collaborative stakeholder engagement and advisory services.

Key responsibilities include evaluating proposed regulatory changes, conducting comprehensive reviews of market structures and regulatory environments, and providing expert guidance on regulatory strategy. You will also deliver high-level policy analysis and economic assessments to support decision-making across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine energy market frameworks through collaborative stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory services.
  • Evaluate proposed regulatory changes, including impact assessments and formal submissions.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of market structures and regulatory environments to identify opportunities for reform and innovation.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with broader sustainability and economic objectives.
  • Deliver high-level policy analysis and economic assessments to support decision-making across public and private sectors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in energy policy, regulatory reform, or market design.
  • 5-10+ years' experience in the energy sector.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across public and private sectors.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Passion for sustainability and driving systemic change.
