Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multicultural centre.

This role will lead, manage and support venue operations, ensuring high accuracy of documentation and delivering successful events.

  • Effectively manage venue bookings, staff, and assets, ensuring accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Source and cultivate new partnerships and venue booking opportunities for multicultural arts and community events.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and statutory requirements, maintaining a safe and positive experience for all users.
  • Manage record keeping, financial management, and stakeholder management.
Selection Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a venue management role, preferably within a similar venue and cultural sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, robust financial management skills, and strong knowledge of State Government legislation and local Council by-laws.
