Customer Experience Specialist

Delivering exceptional front-of-house service is crucial to our holiday park's success. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing seamless interactions with our guests.

Key responsibilities include greeting every guest warmly and welcoming them to the park/resort, surrounding area, amenities, and activities. You will also actively promote Ingenia Holidays as a unique holiday destination by sharing its story.

Additionally, you will handle general reception duties, such as direct guest check-in and check-out, using Microsoft Suite and booking software efficiently. Your exceptional customer service skills and passion for the tourism industry will enable you to leverage sales abilities to drive bookings and business growth.

As a team player, strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for excelling in this role.
