Beachside Holiday Park Attendant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Park Attendant in a beautiful beachside holiday park. As a key member of our front office team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experiences and has previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry. You will be proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all guests
  • Process guest check-ins and outs accurately using the park booking system
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests

What We Look For:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Current drivers license
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
