Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our team at a vibrant holiday park in the heart of Sydney's vineyard region. This is an opportunity to work in a unique blend of countryside charm and resort-style living, surrounded by scenic views and natural attractions.

About the Position

This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. As a Guest Experience Officer, you will welcome every guest to the park, explain the facilities and amenities, and promote the park as the ideal holiday destination.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing information on the park and its facilities
  • Direct guests to their accommodation and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Sell and promote the park as a holiday destination, highlighting its unique features and benefits
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in a similar industry, and be computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
