Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Officer to join our team. This is a casual role located at one of our holiday parks, where you will provide exceptional customer service experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face interactions, telephone, and internet bookings/enquiries/complaints.
  • Operate the RMS, Newbook or similar reservations system.
  • Undertake general office duties, banking, cleaning of office/kiosk, correspondence preparation, and record keeping.
  • Assist Park Manager and Supervisors with opening/closing of office and kiosk/store, receiving/dispensing monies, and stock take/invoicing.
  • Direct visitors within the park and assist with social media administration as required.

Requirements:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and have experience in administration or front office reception.
  • Have knowledge of using a booking/reservations system.
  • Be able to manage time effectively, learn quickly, use initiative, and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of guests.
