Overview:
As a key member of our Agency Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective and efficient customer service to our business partners. Your primary objective will be to drive growth and achieve profitable outcomes.
- Review portfolio results and performance
- Identify trends and opportunities
- Focus on Risk, Governance, and Regulatory compliance
- Foster strong relationships within the insurance market
- Represent the company with external parties
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to ensure the strong performance of the agency portfolio. This includes participating in regular performance monitoring, underwriting, and portfolio management meetings. You will also be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with your business partners.
Requirements:
You will need a broad knowledge of insurance underwriting/business development functions, previous experience in intermediary insurance, cover holder management, and underwriting. Additionally, you should have financial acumen, working knowledge of risk management processes, strong influencing and communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver on agreed key focus areas.
