Agency Partner Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Agency Partner Manager to drive growth opportunities with agencies in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales, advertising, or marketing, with a focus on digital advertising.

Main Responsibilities
  • Nurture trusted relationships with agency decision makers and execute scaled programs across functions, markets, and segments.
  • Hold accountability for meeting/exceeding functional Search/Display/Video/Gaming/AdTech revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Specialists and Insights teams to drive accountability through quarterly business reviews and identify untapped investment and feature adoption opportunities.
  • Promote agency adoption for solutions including PMAX, Microsoft Audience Network (MSAN), increased O&O activation, AdTech solutions (Monetize, Curate) and data collaborations.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated organizational agility to work across functions, markets, and segments.
  • Proven track record in fostering trusted relationships with agency decision makers.
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to link data to insights and actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture.
