About the Role

The Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst will be part of the Nintex Security Practice Team, working with globally located departments to coordinate and manage our Compliance Program. This operational and tactical role will define requirements for adhering to a compliance framework, prepare teams for audit readiness, manage monitoring requirements, and work with auditors to manage audit activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand the Nintex Compliance Program, responsible for the entire compliance lifecycle from gap analysis to audit complete.
  • Prepare the company for new compliance frameworks, including coordination of compliance gap analysis, remediation plans, audits, documentation, self-assessment, and other audit activities.
  • Enable and facilitate the development and maintenance of all relevant compliance documentation for training, awareness, and continuous operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and review all evidence gathering for Nintex audits, plan and conduct assurance reviews, and maintain assurance frameworks as per industry best practices.
  • Advise geographically separated departments on how to meet controls and maintain testing the effectiveness of those controls at all levels.
  • Train new and existing Nintex staff in compliance initiatives or audit interviewing techniques, facilitate third-party audits associated with compliance requirements, and assist with Vendor Risk Management reviews.
  • Assist the Nintex Governance and Risk Committee in writing, editing, and reviewing information security policies and guidelines, and support compliance integration activities for company acquisitions.
  • Initiate security reviews and risk assessment processes for new projects and technologies to ensure compliance, provide timely advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholder groups on potential risks to Nintex, and propose risk mitigation strategies for implementation globally or regionally.
