About the Role:

The Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in our Security Practice Team, working closely with various departments to coordinate and manage our Compliance Program. This is an operational and tactical role, responsible for defining the requirements for adhering to a compliance framework, preparing teams for audit readiness, managing monitoring requirements, and working with auditors to manage audit activities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk management frameworks, project management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. They will be responsible for managing and expanding the Nintex Compliance Program, including preparing the company for new compliance frameworks, coordinating compliance gap analysis, remediation plans, audits, documentation, self-assessment, and other audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the Nintex Compliance Program
  • Prepare the company for new compliance frameworks
  • Coordinate compliance gap analysis, remediation plans, audits, documentation, self-assessment, and other audit activities
  • Enable and facilitate the development and maintenance of compliance documentation for training, awareness, and continuous operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate and review evidence gathering for Nintex audits
  • Plan and conduct assurance reviews
  • Maintain assurance frameworks as per industry best practices
