As a leading contributor to our LLM-based AI Agent systems, you will:

  • Design and develop architecture for complex AI systems, including task planning and workflow execution;
  • Lead the development of multi-task coordination and collaboration platforms, enhancing usability and stability in business-critical scenarios;
  • Apply cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, RAG, and vector search to build intelligent systems with contextual understanding and knowledge injection capabilities;
  • Develop evaluation systems and automated testing tools for Agent behavior to optimize performance and reliability;
  • Drive the application of AI Agents in various verticals to unlock their full value.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
  • Expertise in LLM principles (e.g., Transformers) and their application in Agent systems;
  • Proficiency in mainstream open-source frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar;
  • Familiarity with RAG and experience with vector databases like Milvus or FAISS;
  • Strong software engineering background, proficient in Python/Java, and familiar with client-server architectures;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in an innovative environment.
