  • Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap, collaborating with Architects, Directors of Engineering, and Engineering Managers to align technical vision with business objectives.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers to deliver innovative solutions that drive strategic growth and improvement across REA's technology stack.
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance system health, including AI model performance, infrastructure, and data quality, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our business through experimentation and strong engineering practices.
  • Promote exploration of Generative AI, foundation models, and ML operations to maintain REA's technology strength and competitiveness.
  • Create user-centric solutions leveraging AI capabilities where appropriate, in collaboration with diverse stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead the internal technology community through engagement, technical leadership, and contributions to AI/ML knowledge-sharing, driving connectedness and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy Development: Collaborate with Architects, Directors of Engineering, and Engineering Managers to define a clear technology strategy for your area, driving alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution Delivery: Partner with Engineering Managers to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs, leveraging agile practices to drive innovation and automation.
  • System Health Enhancement: Develop plans to improve system health, including AI model performance, infrastructure, and data quality, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our business.
  • AI/ML Innovation: Promote exploration of Generative AI, foundation models, and ML operations to maintain REA's technology strength and competitiveness.
  • User-Centric Solutions: Create user-centric solutions leveraging AI capabilities where appropriate, in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
