Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex engineering initiatives, leveraging your expertise in AI/ML and Gen AI applications to enhance software engineering processes and improve productivity.

  • Design and develop RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks, driving the development of agentic AI systems that empower engineers to focus on high-value tasks.

  • Collaborate with engineers across the organization to drive training, culture, and experimentation, ensuring that all teams are equipped to make the most of emerging AI technologies.

  • Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into solid engineering deliverables, delegating work to squad members and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality code bases, and assist in documentation for knowledge sharing, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering initiatives, with expertise in AI/ML and Gen AI applications.

  • Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks, with a strong understanding of agentic AI systems.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).

  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a passion for upskilling engineers and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate them into engineering workflows, with a keen interest in researching new AI tooling.
