Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director who is eager to take on a pivotal role in our growing organization. This is a green field opportunity, perfect for someone who is passionate about creating and executing marketing strategies from the ground up. You will have access to industry-leading tools such as HubSpot, Tactiq/Fireflies/Copilot, and the support of experts within Grafik Optymalny and Everfield to drive your initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and optimize Communication and Marketing Channels to engage with prospects and customers
  • Implement End-to-End Process Management to streamline marketing operations
  • Collaborate with freelancers and external companies for research and content creation
  • Manage a contact database, including segmentation and tagging
  • Develop and execute Content Creation and Management strategies to drive lead generation and conversion
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with ABM
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional for campaign planning and monitoring
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation
  • Experience in creating and managing paid campaigns
  • Habit of analyzing activities outcomes
  • Proactive and independent in taking action
