We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing professional to lead our Marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, online growth, customer engagement, and loyalty for our market-leading Fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Marketing Calendar and Digital roadmap to drive brand identity and awareness
  • Lead a high-performing team across Creative, Content, Social, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce
  • Report directly into the C-Suite and focus on driving brand awareness, online growth, customer engagement, and loyalty, as well as international expansion
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Digital and Marketing leadership roles, leading teams across multiple channels
  • Solid experience in Fashion, Apparel, and eCommerce is essential
  • Demonstrated background in strategizing and developing the Marketing calendar and Campaign & Creative development to drive brand identity and awareness
  • Experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Community Management would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership experience, leading and mentoring diverse teams across the full Marketing-mix
