Experiential Event Coordinator Role

The Events Coordinator role is a crucial part of our agency's team. You will work closely with clients to design and deliver events and experiential campaigns that inspire emotion and influence behaviour.

The Events Coordinator will report to the Producer and be responsible for managing event projects from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage event concepts, working closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and project management
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare and present pitch materials, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an events agency or related field as an Event Coordinator, Associate Producer, or Project Coordinator
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel interstate for events and maintain a flexible schedule
