This role involves translating creative briefs into project plans and all associated deliverables. The Experiential Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of projects from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a strong understanding of event production.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external resources, managing project timelines, and maintaining relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to travel for on-site inspections and location management.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years experience in events, experiential, or producer role.
- Ability to communicate and set priorities with management, teams, prospects, and clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Google suite.
- Strong leadership, creativity, listening, and decision-making skills.
- Superior organizational skills, with special attention to detail and time management.
