WeLink Recruitment is working with a leading Facilities Management Organisation who have secured a major Asset Management contract to facilitate and coordinate Maintenance Services on Government Housing assets. Therefore, they are currently seeking for a Project Manager to join the team in the Western Sydney Region.

Job Description

">
  • The ideal candidate will partner closely with LAHC to deliver end-to-end maintenance solutions to their portfolio of assets.
  • This includes being a point of contact for Client's relating designated projects, efficient execution of the PMP including; scope management, scheduling, cost management, project controls and quality management, establishing and chairing regular project meetings, submitting weekly & monthly reports on project performance, and WHS management and control.

Your Background

">
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or relevant Facilities Management industry experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Homes NSW / LAHC / Government Housing assets is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability in collaboratively partnering with various internal & external stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with management and frontline staff are necessary.
