Job Overview:

The Senior Lending Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help customers achieve their dream of homeownership. As a key member of the lending team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the home loan process, emphasizing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking, generating new business opportunities from the ground up.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, starting with a robust referral network of external partners.
  • Accurately submit loans, manage a dynamic pipeline, and maintain high-value networks that consistently deliver results.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to drive growth and success within the financial services or lending sector.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in lending, ideally in a senior capacity, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end home lending process.
  • A well-established network of referral partners, with evidence of how these relationships have driven business growth.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic pipeline, as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A self-starter mindset, ambition, and a collaborative spirit, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
