Lending Product Specialist

As a business development professional, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our team and drive growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting sales of all lending products, including related cross-selling. You will work closely with Sales Managers to achieve stretched individual targets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively solicit and market range of lending products including related cross-selling.
- Achieve individual targets through effective sales strategies.
- Provide support to Sales Manager in achieving team targets.
- Maintain good relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, valuers, and customers.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
- Preferably 2 or 3 years working experience in sales & marketing.
- Possess relevant insurance licenses.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently with self-initiative.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
