About the Opportunity

As Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for partnering with the Capital Works team to deliver cost-efficient best practices in contracting, procurement, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives through collaboration with key stakeholders.">
  • Carrying out sourcing and contract execution processes aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency in supply chains.">
  • Leading commercial contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.">
  • Ensuring the tendering and procurement plan is developed and managed on an annual basis to achieve best price/service combinations.">
  • Working closely with the Project Team to review CAPEX plans annually and understand key deliverables, including capital works budgets.">
  • Collaborating with Sustainability to drive continuous improvement and achieve sustainability targets related to consultant and contractor appointments.">

About You

We are seeking a driven and collaborative procurement professional with strong working relationships across the business and ability to partner with projects and sustainability to lead sourcing and operations procurement activities.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.">
  • Detailed understanding of construction goods and services procured, including key contractual terms.">
  • Strong project experience in developing commercial strategies and leading high-value strategic negotiations, with a deep understanding of civil and projects markets.">

This role is based in Perth, with the option to work from home for approximately half of your week. A base salary up to $200k+, plus a generous bonus, is available.
