Control Room Supervisor Role

This role is primarily responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team.

About the Role

The position involves:

  • Supervising control room officers.
  • Monitoring CCTV footage to ensure assets are protected and detect any signs of a security breach.
  • Escalating issues to relevant MSS managers.
  • Maintaining logs, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer systems.
  • Responding professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A current VIC Security Licence with control room licence.
  • A Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.
  • A Victorian driver's licence.
  • Current First Aid and CPR.
  • A Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability to work a rotating roster.
  • Control room experience.
