About the Role

As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of their accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client payments and allocate them to relevant invoices
  • Manage credit and debit invoices, including approval and administration steps
  • Process client refunds and underwriter payments on a weekly basis
  • Process Subagent payments monthly
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounts role
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable is beneficial
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High level of accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills and a 'can do' attitude
