Financial Administrator Opportunity in Sydney CBD

As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of their accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:- Process client payments and allocate them to relevant invoices
- Manage credit and debit invoices, including approval and administration steps
- Process client refunds and underwriter payments on a weekly basis
- Process Subagent payments monthly
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as required

What We Offer- A salary of $70,000 + superannuation (negotiable based on experience)
- The flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days

- Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounts role
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable is beneficial
- Intermediate Excel skills are essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High level of accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills and a 'can do' attitude
