Wind Industry Trainer Opportunity">

We are seeking a qualified individual to deliver training and assess delegates according to global standards in the wind industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a background in the wind industry to join our team of trainers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training courses in both theoretical and practical environments across the UK, as well as assisting in updating and developing course materials. They will also ensure that all training is delivered safely and according to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assess delegates according to GWO standards.
  • Assist in updating and developing course materials per GWO standards.
  • Ensure all training is delivered safely and according to company procedures.
  • Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Conduct safety inspections of all equipment.
  • Align work practices with core values.

Requirements:

  • Background in wind industry training.
  • Motivation, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Level 3 award in education and training or equivalent.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience delivering GWO training courses.
  • First aid, technical fields, or lifting operations experience.
