Role Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a Corporate/Enterprise Account Manager for our Bangalore office. The role involves managing corporate accounts, driving business growth, and expanding our presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background and experience in corporate training solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
Drive lead generation, business development, and account retention strategies.
Present and pitch training solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the UAE training industry.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of B2B experience (mandatory), with the most recent role in a B2B sales function.
Proven track record in account management, business development, and lead generation.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
Familiarity with the UAE market is essential.
Outreach and client engagement skills are mandatory.
