About the role

Join ESG as a full-time Trainer based in Adelaide, SA. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace training and assessment to our clients, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your role will be crucial in supporting the development and growth of our team, contributing to the overall success of our organisation and its move into offering high quality training services.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs that meet the specific industry needs
  • Conducting training sessions and assessments to evaluate the competency of learners
  • Providing feedback and guidance to trainees to support their professional development
  • Maintaining accurate training records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in accordance with company policy
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to continuously improve the training curriculum and materials
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance the quality of our training programs

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in workplace training and assessment, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Significant experience in delivering training and assessment within the education or training sectors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address training needs
  • A deep understanding of the education and training industry, including relevant regulations and standards
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
