About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and acquire new enterprise customers in the ANZ market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts.
  • Collaborate with our pre-sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of our Unified Analytics Platform.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in the ANZ market.
  • Strong understanding of Big Data, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, and the ability to articulate their business value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
