Job Overview:

Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, technical staff, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client calls and log call information in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process sub-contractor and client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with technical staff to coordinate installations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage client invoice issues and process incoming invoices.
  • Collect, analyze, and allocate daily work for Service Technicians using key systems.
  • Collaborate with local Service Centres and subcontractors to ensure timely attendance at client sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including correspondence and follow-up actions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working in a dynamic team and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Sound computer systems experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
