Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources management and at least three years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit blue-collar workers and liaise with agencies
  • Mentor both employers and employees, handle performance appraisals and training development
  • Conduct administrative tasks involving budgeting, documentation, payroll, and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management
  • At least three to five years of Human Resources experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Australian workplace law, Workers Compensation Claims, and Awards
