Position Overview

In the capacity of Senior Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing a committed team, driving both strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the assessment, planning, evaluation, and execution of services that align with participant care plans and NDIS SIL frameworks. Your leadership will be crucial in modeling best practices, coaching, and providing continuous support to help participants realize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service operations, ensuring they align with participant objectives and NDIS guidelines.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead your team to achieve both strategic and operational goals.
  • Manage the onboarding process, site orientation, and ongoing training for new staff members.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions to enhance practice.
  • Coordinate on-site support and collaborate with the Compliance team for incident reviews.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary and innovative service delivery within the disability sector.
  • Exceptional skills in engaging, motivating, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Practical experience in planning and delivering care according to participant care plans, with an emphasis on supporting families and caregivers.
