Savills is seeking an entry-level property finance professional to join its Centre Management team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental arrears collection process and assisting with day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company. You will work closely with stakeholders both internal and external to build strong working relationships and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collect rent from tenants
  • Oversee the rental arrears collection process
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of centre rent collections
  • Raise monthly charges and reconcile accounts
  • Process workflows and perform account reconciliations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar, as well as a good working knowledge of finance administration. You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and a competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

You will have a tertiary qualification in finance or administration and strong numeracy skills. Your ability to put together and interpret a budget will be essential in achieving business objectives.
